Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Spaced Android app and the web app at spaced.page (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Your account
You need an account to sync your roadmaps. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and let us know at support@spaced.page if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Your content
You own the topics, notes and other content you add to Spaced. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely so we can provide the Service to you, for example to sync it between your devices. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you add.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content that infringes other people's rights.
- Don't try to access other users' data, disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
- Don't use automated means to create accounts or overload the Service.
4. Catalog content
The study sets in the catalog are provided for general educational purposes. We try to keep them accurate, but facts change (capitals get renamed, currencies get replaced), so please don't rely on them as an authoritative source.
5. Reminders
Spaced does its best to remind you on time, but notifications depend on your device, operating system and browser settings. Web reminders are only shown while spaced.page is open in your browser. We can't guarantee that every reminder will be delivered.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes and will always let you export your data first.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@spaced.page. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spaced will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
